RETURN | EXCHANGE | CANCELLATION
At Aquamarise, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for most items. To be eligible, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, pristine condition. Please keep in mind that items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded. Furthermore, engraved, altered, or customized pieces are considered final sale.
RETURNS
►Please initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving the item. Click here to get started.
►We will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
►All merchandise must be in brand new and unworn condition. Items showing obvious signs of alteration by a jeweler will not be accepted. If a piece is returned in a used and heavily worn condition, it will be sent back to the address shown on your receipt.
►All custom, semi-custom, engraved, personalized items are final and not returnable.
►You may return the item by either using our return service with the return label we email to you (for U.S. customers only)—please note that a $7 fee will be deducted from your refund for using this service—or by sending the item back on your own using any shipping method and carrier of your choice.
►Postage on all returned items is non-refundable.
►No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization.
►Shipping fees and customs duty (for international orders) are non-refundable.
If taxes were not collected during checkout, please be aware that they may still apply upon delivery. For customers who have already paid customs duties at checkout, we can guarantee that no additional taxes will be required. Please also note that once paid, customs duties are non-refundable.
►Please fill out exchange form below within 14 days of receiving the item. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email from us with exchange instructions.
►Please note that we don't offer size exchanges for any custom or engraved pieces. Alteration service is available at extra cost.
►All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS
►If you wish to make any changes with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to update the address after the order is fulfilled.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
►Sterling silver, tungsten carbide, and vermeil pieces:
Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued to the form of the original payment for items that haven't been shipped. We cannot cancel the orders once shipped. But you can send it back for a refund once received.
