- Regular Non-Custom Orders: Most non-custom orders are processed within 1-4 business days. We will keep you informed if any delays arise.
- Engraved Orders: Engraved items are typically completed within 2-5 business days. We strive to get these to you as quickly as possible.
- Custom or Solid Gold Orders: Custom creations usually take 2-4 weeks. Please note, if exotic materials are requested, there might be slight delays.
Note: During peak times or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Orders:
- Enjoy complimentary USA shipping via USPS Ground Advantage.
- All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
- Average delivery time: 3-12 days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays can occur, which are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, let us know so we can assist you.
- Faster shipping options are available at checkout. While we prioritize upgraded shipping, please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

- We offer shipping to most countries.

- Please note that some countries may impose customs duties on imports from the USA. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item total.
Delivery Times

- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (once shipped).

Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn’t been fulfilled. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
