ELIGIBLE ITEMS
Engraving is available for most of our rings over 1.4mm wide.

CHARACTER LIMIT
The number of characters (including spaces) that can be engraved depends on the size and design of the piece. At Aquamarise, the standard character limit is:

• Women's rings: 16 characters
• Men's rings: 25 characters

FONT OPTIONS
We offer a selection of elegant font styles for engraving:

• Option 1: Print - Bell MT (Recommended)
• Option 2: Cursive - Brush MT
• Option 3: Script - Vladimir Script

If you have a font preference, please leave a note during checkout in the personalization box. If no font preference is selected, we will proceed with our default font: Bell MT (Print).

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing engraved items. Custom engravings are a delicate process and require this extra time to ensure the highest quality.

CUSTOMIZATION FEE

• Engraving services are available at $35. This fee covers engraving on both rings for couples' sets.
• Solid gold and platinum pieces include complimentary engraving.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes or cancel an engraving request, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate changes if the customization process has already begun.

For additional custom symbols, please contact us before placing your order. We can accommodate more symbols if you provide the SVG file.

HOW TO ORDER ENGRAVING

1. Select your desired jewelry piece.
2. Choose the "Engraving" option during the customization process.
3. Enter your preferred text and add a note with your preferred font style.
4. Confirm your engraving details and proceed to checkout.

ENGRAVING PLACEMENT
All ring engravings will be placed on the inside of the band. Please note that all rings will have a metal hallmark inscribed on the inside of the band for authenticity (e.g., "925A" where "A" stands for Aquamarise on silver rings, or "Tungsten Carbide" on tungsten bands). This hallmark engraving cannot be removed.

RETURN POLICY
Please note that custom engraved pieces are final sale. However, we do offer alterations. If you ordered the wrong size, we can resize your ring for a $55 fee for sterling silver, tungsten carbide, vermeil, and titanium metals. The resizing fee for solid gold and platinum pieces varies.
