►Aquamarise offers a free 100-day warranty against manufacturing defects for all sterling silver and vermeil jewelry.
► This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
► The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Aquamarise. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Aquamarise automatically voids the warranty.
►Please note that plating naturally fades with wear from all vermeil rings. It is not considered a manufacturing defects. The lifespan of the plating depends on the usage.
► This warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Aquamarise Jewelry.
►Aquamarise offers a free one year warranty against manufacturing defects for all solid gold and platinum jewelry for customers who reside in the USA. If an issue under warranty is found, Aquamarise will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.
► After one year, we still accept customer repair requests after both parties reach an agreement on the repair cost. Repairs that are not covered under the warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed.
►Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Aquamarise will void the warranty.
►This warranty is not an insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
