What if I don’t know their ring size?
Give the ring anyway. Every ring comes with one free size exchange, and holiday orders can be exchanged until January 31. If you would rather measure first, add a ring sizer to the order.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Ready-to-ship pieces ordered by December 11 arrive by Christmas with free US shipping. Express orders have until December 16 and overnight until December 21. Solid gold and platinum are made to order in three to six weeks.
Can I have it engraved?
Yes. Engraving is complimentary on every ring. Engraved pieces are made for you, so they are final sale.
How does the free book ring box work?
From November 20 to December 6, orders of $199 or more after discounts include a handmade leather book ring box. Choose the cover in your cart and it is added at $0.
What is the holiday return window?
Eligible orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2027. Engraved, custom and clearance pieces are final sale.
