Know Your Gemstones
Every gemstone at Aquamarise® has a story, and we bring that story to you. Our product descriptions clearly indicate whether the gem is lab-grown, naturally occurring, or an alternative stone. We mention exactly what it is for what it is.
Our diamonds also come with either IGI, GIA, or other certificates of authenticity (as in the case of moissanite). So you can trace them back to their ethical origins. In case there’s any treatment applied to the gemstones, it is also clearly listed there.
Other quality specifications, like clarity and cut, are also mentioned therein. This way, we ensure you buy confidently and as a well-informed buyer who values and puts their trust in us.

So our finishes are picture perfect. We also give you realistic production and shipping timelines so there are no ambiguous expectations. You get to know exactly when your order will arrive with you in compliance with our quality control standards.

Returns & Exchanges
You are eligible to return non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. However, the items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom, made‑to‑order, or personalized pieces are a final sale, though.
The approved returns are refunded within a week after inspection. Any return shipping or restocking fees are clearly mentioned.
Warranty
Our jewelry comes backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Solid gold and platinum pieces come with a lifetime warranty in the U.S., and other metals have defined coverage periods.
Shipping Policy
We offer a free U.S. standard delivery for all our products. There are transparent processing times and clear tracking updates, so you always know where your order is.
